HOLIDAY IN ALICANTE CLOSE TO BEACH AND AIRPORT

Our 2 bedroom holiday home is close to the beach and airport and has a communal pool. It is located in a quiet street in Gran Alacant.  

Our spacious terraced house is situated minutes from the local restaurants and supermarkets. The beautiful endless beach is a 10 minute walk away. Positioned at the top of a hill there are spectacular views of the sea. With a white marble staircase and newly decorated throughout the property feels spacious with one double and one twin bedroom, a sofa bed can accommodate 2 more people in comfort. There is a good size living space, a bathroom and 2 WCs. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric hob microwave oven and fridge freezer. We also have large ceiling fans and a washing machine. The comfortable patio is great for relaxing on, here you can enjoy a nice meal or drink whilst also taking in the views of the sea. Also on the patio there is an outside shower to cool off. The community pool is close by. 

Good bus service,also new this year is the road "train" which tours Gran Alacant dropping off and picking up at various restaurants, shopping areas and the beach. 

Alicante airport is a 10 minute drive away but not on a flight path.  

Airport pick ups and welcome packs can be arranged. 

INFORMATION ABOUT LOCAL AREA

Costa Blanca (or White Coast) 

The beaches are famous throughout Europe, and largely unspoilt, stretching for miles. The soft white sands and crystal clear waters have been awarded the Blue Flag Award by the EEC. There are also salt lakes close to Torrevieja (about 30 minutes drive from Gran Alacant) which are home to a host of wild life including pink flamingos. The City of Alicante itself is very vibrant and ideal for all your shopping needs. Alicante is terminus for the "lemon Express", a local train that follows the coast up the northern half of the Costa Blanca, providing an opportunity to see more of this beautiful coastline. 45 minutes drive north brings you to Benidorm. Here you can spend a day visiting the marine and exotic animal park or cool off at Aqualandia (the water park). Or if you wish you can spend your time visiting the many bars and shops!  

Golf Information:  

There are many golf courses along the Costa Blanca. The one in Villamartin is about 45 minutes away from Gran Alacant and considered to be one of the best in Spain. Closer still is the golf course in San Juan, just 16 kilometres away.
