Your holiday can start on any day of the week, so take advantage of cheaper mid-week flights to either Alicante or Murcia airport.  

The apartment is situated in a quiet semi-residential area (i.e. not beside main road or adjacent to bars etc), but is within walking distance to the beach, a wide choice of bars and restaurants and supermarkets.
